The Opportunity

Stablecon is the world’s largest stablecoin-focused conference, bringing together protocol builders, policy leaders, investors, and institutions to shape the future of digital money. As we expand globally, we’re seeking a Global Operations Manager to own the full operational delivery of both our US and international editions.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on logistics, cross-functional collaboration, and creating seamless experiences at scale.

What You’ll Do

Event Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end event operations across Stablecon US and international events, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, AV, catering, security, and guest services.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, run-of-show documents, and critical path trackers to ensure milestones are hit.
  • Coordinate all on-site logistics, including staff, registration, signage, stage management, and exhibitor support.

Sponsor & Partner Fulfillment

  • Serve as the operational point of contact for sponsors and ecosystem partners, ensuring deliverables (booths, lounges, activations) are fulfilled accurately and professionally.
  • Build and maintain tracking systems for sponsor inventory and fulfillment across both conferences.

Budgeting & Vendor Management

  • Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and oversee vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and profit targets are met.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple vendors in different time zones.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with content, marketing, sales, and finance teams to align on timelines, programming needs, and brand standards.
  • Lead pre-event meetings and post-event recaps to ensure team-wide alignment and continuous improvement.

On-site Leadership

  • Own the operations office during event week i.e.leading load-in/load-out, directing on-site teams, and solving problems in real time.

How You’ll Support TWIF Events

Fintech Formal & Community Events

  • Support the operations team in executing our Fintech Formal and other flagship events across global fintech hubs.
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and staffing for curated gatherings of founders, investors, and fintech leaders.

Sponsor & Partner Fulfillment

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for TWIF sponsors and partners.
  • Ensure seamless execution of partner activations e.g. booths, lounges, branding, and experiences across both Stablecon and TWIF event properties.
  • Build and manage fulfillment trackers to monitor inventory, status, and delivery.

Financial Operations

  • Collaborate with the partnerships and finance teams to handle sponsor invoicing and track payments.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure transparency and accountability across stakeholders.

You’ll Succeed If You…

  • Have 3–6 years of experience in large-scale event or conference operations
  • Can juggle multiple complex workstreams across geographies and languages.
  • Thrive under pressure, remain calm in chaos, and solve problems creatively.
  • Are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Have experience working with cross-border teams and diverse vendors.
  • Are fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a major plus).
  • Are comfortable with occasional travel to Mexico City, London, Washington DC, or NYC.
