As a Senior Event Marketing Manager, this person will lead creative campaigns to grow event audiences and digital engagement. You’ll manage multi-channel marketing efforts, craft compelling content for emails, websites, and sales materials, and use data to refine strategies. This role is all about driving demand, optimizing audience tracking, and ensuring a strong brand presence. Also supporting content marketing with blogs, reports, podcasts, and webinars while playing a hands-on role in event activations to enhance the attendee experience. You’ll be joining a small team, with the opportunity for quick advancement as we grow.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Expand the marketing campaign strategy to drive audiences for events, digital offerings, and impact-driven initiatives. Specifically:
    • Strategic partner co-marketing initiatives
    • Media partner and journalist outreach
    • Marketing coordination with sponsors
    • Visual asset development for partners
    • Strategy for leveraging ecosystem players (e.g., VCs, platforms, or stablecoin influencers) to amplify TWIF and the Stablecon conference
  • Manage complex communication deliverables and timelines across multiple channels:
    • Email marketing
    • Digital and social campaigns
    • Segmentation and database growth
    • Copywriting for specific channels (web, email, social, sales enablement)
    • Social: LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Tiktok
    • Working with our content team behind the newsletters and podcasts to drive growth
  • Track Metrics and Reporting:
    • Tracking KPIs (registrations, sponsor engagement, channel effectiveness)
    • Data-driven decision making
    • Performance reporting loops
  • Grow targeted audiences through demand generation, content marketing, lead scoring, and nurture campaigns.
    • Enrich reader, subscriber, and conference attendee data in CRM in order to gain better perspective on TWIF and Stablecon audiences
    • Compile reports on TWIF and Stablecon audiences to share with advertisers
    • Compile performance reports on TWIF and Stablecon Ads based off marketing audiences
  • Research industry insights to strategically position campaign communication with a value-first approach.
  • Write copy and content for email campaigns and website pages.
  • Create presentations and sales materials to further engage the audience and increase pipeline conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Five+ years of experience in event marketing (bonus points if within the fintech space.)
  • Preference for data-driven technical marketers, expert at refining campaigns to increase conversion.
  • Demonstrated experience creating fun copy while ensuring message continuity through end-to end storytelling, bringing bold and fresh ideas that push creativity.
  • Experience with email service provider (ESP) software and content management software (CMS). TWIF uses Hubspot (CRM), Buffer (social), Apollo (leads), and Ghost (CMS).
  • Excellent personal communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present publicly and speak confidently in front of senior professionals.
